METHOD FOR PRODUCING SCANDIA-STABILIZED ZIRCONIA SHEET, SCANDIA-STABILIZED ZIRCONIA SHEET OBTAINED BY THE METHOD, AND SCANDIA-STABILIZED ZIRCONIA SINTERED POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the like for producing a sintered sheet using scandia-stabilized recycled zirconia powders which are once sintered, but having strength higher than that of one obtained only from non-sintered powders comprising scandia-stabilized zirconia.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the scandia-stabilized zirconia sheet includes: a step of pulverizing a sintered scandia-stabilized zirconia mass to form specific sintered scandia-stabilized zirconia powders; a step of obtaining slurry which contains both the sintered scandia-stabilized zirconia powders and non-sintered zirconia powders and in which the content of the sintered scandia-stabilized zirconia powders is 2 to 40 mass% relative to the sum of both powders of the scandia stabilized sintered powders and the zirconia non-sintered powers in the slurry; a step of forming the slurry into a sheet; and a step of sintering the resultant sheet.
