PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register control unit capable of improving detection precision of a register mark.SOLUTION: A register control unit 20 comprises a light receiving element 36, a color acquisition section 53, and a first adjustment section 41a and a second adjustment section 41b. The light receiving element 36 has a first photoelectric conversion region 36a, a second photoelectric conversion region 36b and a third photoelectric conversion region 36c having different spectral sensitivity characteristics. The color acquisition section 53 acquires the color of a substrate and the color of a register mark to be optically detected by the light receiving element 36. The first adjustment section 41a and second adjustment section 41b adjust the intensity ratio of signals from the first photoelectric conversion region 36a, second photoelectric conversion region 36b and third photoelectric conversion region 36c based upon the color of the substrate and the color of the register mark that the color acquisition section 53 acquires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
