PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element having a structure in which photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell element is improved.SOLUTION: A solar cell element 10 includes: a substrate 1 having a first main surface 1a and a second main surface 1b located on a side opposite to the first main surface 1a; a passivation film 4 arranged on the second main surface 1b of the substrate 1; a first electrode 8a which is in contact with the substrate 1 in a state where the passivation film 4 is penetrated at a large number of places and has zinc and aluminum as a conductive component; and a second electrode 8b which covers each of the passivation film 4 and the first electrode 8a and is in contact with the first electrode 8a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
