CONSULTANT APPARATUS AND CONSULTANT PROGRAM FOR RETAIL BAKERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultant apparatus capable of presenting suitable business advice and technical advice as regards the management of a retail bakery.

SOLUTION: The consultant apparatus for consulting about a retail bakery in response to a request from a user device 20 is provided with: a question storage part 164 for storing question information for consulting; an advice storage part 166 for storing advice information; user history storage part 168 for storing answer information expressing answers to questions; a question providing means 110 for transmitting question information on the basis of a question request signal from the user device 20; an answer receiving means 112 for receiving answer information; and an advice providing means 114 for extracting advice information suited to the answer information from the advice storage part 166 and transmitting the extracted advice information. Both of question information on the production of breads and question information on the sales of breads are included in the question information to be stored in the question storage part 164.
