<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting information system which can be helpful for managed accounting by performing accounting under conditions desired by a user, and erasing arbitrary transactions desired by the user especially by journalizing, that is, offsetting those arbitrary transactions by reverse journalizing. <P>SOLUTION: This accounting information system for preparing a document with a predetermined form on the basis of accounting data is provided with an input means which accepts the input of the registration contents of a support dictionary and the input of accounting data, a storage means which stores a database in which the registration contents of the inputted support dictionary are stored and a database in which the account data are stored, an reverse journalizing preparing means which prepares reverse journalizing data for offsetting arbitrary transaction on the basis of the accounting data and the registration contents of the support dictionary, and stores a data base storing the prepared reverse journalizing data, in the storage means, and a predetermined slip preparing means which prepares a slip with a predetermined form on the basis of the accounting data and the reverse journalizing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
