PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery in which a specific positioning part is not provided in a battery case and a battery status judgement module can be positioned for fixture. SOLUTION: The storage battery is provided with an element necessary for a battery status judgement housed in a package 602 on which a judgement result displaying part 601 is provided and a battery status judgement module 6, fixed on a cover of the battery case 202, with a cathode side connecting conductor 603 and an anode side connecting conductor 604 for connecting an element in the package 602 with a cathode side output terminal 4 and an anode side output terminal 5 of the battery extruded out from the package 602. The package 602 of the battery status judgement module is made a part of a stopper 3 to close a hole penetrating the cover of the battery case. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
