<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable battery pack structure by uniformizing an increase in temperature due to charging/discharging of the battery, reducing variation in charged/discharged amount of electricity and service lives in batteries and reducing oscillation or physical load by making thermal contact between cooling medium and the batteries closer and uniformly distributing the cooling medium to a plurality of batteries. <P>SOLUTION: The power source device has a structure composing a flow path concentric to the outer periphery of the battery with the cooling medium flowing in a gap by arranging a battery unit with a plurality of serially connected cylindrical batteries through a semi-cylindrical electrically insulated material with the suitable gap between the battery unit and the electrically insulated member.
