摘要 A soybean tea comprising soybean powder and a preparation method thereof are provided to remove fishy taste while maintaining savory taste as well as nutrient components of beans by roasting the beans under the optimal condition. A method for preparing a soybean tea comprises the following steps of: selecting soybeans and removing foreign materials; roasting the selected soybeans at 180-240°C for 40-100 minutes; pulverizing the roasted soybeans 60-150 mesh in size; mixing 25-40wt% of soybean powder, 5-10wt% of adlay, 5-10wt% of roasted glutinous brown rice, 5-10wt% of pine-nuts, 5-10wt% of peanuts, 5-10wt% of powdered fat, 5-10wt% of corn starch, 25-40wt% of sugar and 5-10wt% of salt; and charging a tea bag with the mixture.
