PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions inducing antitumor cytotoxic responses in a host.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition that induces cytotoxic cell responses against cells expressing an antigen, particularly against tumor cells, and contains erythrocytes containing the antigen. These erythrocytes may be in the form of an immune complex with an immunoglobulin, in particular IgG, which recognizes an epitope at the surface of the erythrocytes, and/or be heat-treated or chemically treated, so as to promote phagocytosis of the erythrocytes by dendritic cells. As a variant, the erythrocytes may be heterologous erythrocytes.
