PURPOSE: A stand for a monitor is provided to select a position adapted to a body condition of a user accurately and easily and prevent a breakage of a component by adjusting a tilt/swivel and a height of a monitor and making the monitor be operated smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A supporting board(1) supports a monitor main body, includes a supporting protrusion(3) and guide holes(5a,5b). A rise and fall unit(9) is received in the supporting board(1) and selectively adjusts a height of the monitor main body. An inclination adjusting unit(13) is linked with the rise and fall unit(9) and adjusts an angle of inclination of a monitor. A receiving plate(11) is connected and mounted in the inclination adjusting unit(9) and supports the monitor main body. A rise and fall member(43) is received in the supporting protrusion(3) and makes the monitor main body be risen and fallen by interlocking with an operation of the rise and fall unit(9). A connection unit(45) is linked with the inclination adjusting unit(13) and attached on the lower side of the monitor main body. A rolling member is inserted between the connection unit(45) and the receiving plate(11). A handle(15) is supported with the supporting board(1) by a shaft and arranged at the external side of the receiving plate(11). A ball screw(19) is connected to the handle(15) and includes screw threads(17a,17b) having different directions. Ball nuts(21a,21b) are combined with the ball screw(19). Supporting plates(23a,23b) are combined by guide shafts(25a,25b) being guided to the guide holes(5a,5b) and arranged having a predetermined inclination angle. The connection unit(45) is fixed and mounted in the receiving plate(11) by a fixing unit.
