PURPOSE:To allow the user to easily implement proper operation without mistake by displaying a proper guidance picture relating to the operation of the processor onto a display device provided in the image processor unit. CONSTITUTION:The processor is made up of a CPU 2, a RAM 4, a read section and a image recording section or the like. The CPU 2 controls the operation of the entire device according to a program stored in a ROM 3. The RAM 4 is used for storing icon images and a work area for the CPU 2. The read section is made up of a CCD line sensor 11 and a read motor 12 or the like and used for reading an image. The image recording section consists of a recording head 20 and a recording motor 12 or the like and is used for recording a received image or a copy image. Through this constitution, a picture relating to a device guidance is inputted in advance and stored in the RAM 4 by using the CCD line sensor 11 and the read motor 12 and the user operates a key 29 to display the guidance image required for the operation among the images stored in the RAM 4 onto a display device 30. |
