A method for assessing sunflower inbred lines according to heat resistance of ripe pollen such that heating of the pollen, coated by a monolayer onto a preparation glass, arranged in a closed Petri dish with a wet blotting paper, is carried out at a temperature of 50 °C and an exposure of 20 min. with the further comparison of viability of test and control pollen. |
