PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive array device in which the overall scale of circuitry is reduced by performing correction to form the same array antenna pattern at times of reception and transmission. SOLUTION: A desired signal is transmitted from Ant1, an interference signal is transmitted from Ant2, the interference signal is excluded by Ant3 and Ant4 to calculate a weight vector for array reception of the desired signal, array transmission of a signal is performed by Ant3 and Ant4 using the calculated weight vector, and a compensation amount of transmission characteristics to minimize a reception signal level of Ant2 is measured in a round-robin manner.
