<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition for an optical recording medium, without having volume contraction, and the bending and distortion of a substrate before and after the curing, and suitable for forming a light-transmitting layer of the optical recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This curable resin composition for the optical recording medium contains (A) 100 pts. mass organopolysiloxane containing ≥2 substituted or non-substituted hydrocarbon groups having an aliphatic unsaturated bond in one molecule, (B) 1-400 pt. mass organohydrogen polysiloxane having ≥2 SiH groups in one molecule and (C) a catalytic amount of a platinum group metal-based catalyst, and forms a light-transmitting protective film. The optical recording medium has the light-transmitting protective film formed by applying the composition on a reflection layer and recording layer laminated one by one on a plastic substrate plate and curing, and having ≤300 μm thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
