A radio communications method and a system thereof applying a personal interrupting method of PS domain in an oversea roaming service are provided to increase the convenience of an overseas roaming user according to individual blocking of CS(Circuit Switch) and PS(Packet Switch) service. A registration notification message is received through a GLR(Gateway Location Register) according to a request message for location register update generated from a mobile terminal. An SGSN(Serving GPRS Service Node) produces a corresponding registration notification message in case the mobile terminal generates a request message for location register update about a PS domain. A CS subscriber managing part determines whether a roaming subscribe of the CS domain about the mobile terminal according to a register notifying message is subscribed. A PS subscriber managing part determines whether to register the roaming subscribe of the PS domain about the mobile terminal. A CS subscriber managing part receives the registration notification message through GLR.
