PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device that can perform efficient encoding and decoding using a plurality of CPUs. SOLUTION: A ROM 16 stores an encoder program and a decoder program. The CPU0 10 executes the encoder program stored in the ROM 16 to perform encoding. The CPU1 11 executes the decoder program stored in the ROM 16 to perform parallel decoding for a plurality of stream data.
