A signal transceiving method and a signal transceiving device are provided to exactly identify a signal frame, and to reduce a detection error of the signal frame. A signal of a first frequency band is received(S431). Layer 1 information is obtained from a preamble of TFS(Time-Frequency Slicing) signal frame of the received signal(S433). The layer 1 information comprises an RF(Radio Frequency) channel identifier of an initial TFS signal frame. The RF channel identifier includes a first PLP(Physical Layer Pipe) in a super frame of a TFS structure. The super frame of the TFS structure includes the TFS signal frame. The TFS signal frame is parsed by using the layer 1 information. The first PLP is obtained from the TFS signal frame(S435). The first PLP is converted into a service stream(S437).
