According to an embodiment of the present invention, a dryness sensing circuit and a dryness sensing method are provided. The dryness sensing circuit and the dryness sensing method set time constants of a resistor and a capacitor short for liquidity of dryness determination algorithm and minimize a noise effect of power supply. According to the present invention, the dryness sensing circuit comprises: a detection electrode; a non-inverting amplifier; a filter unit; a voltage follower; and a measurement unit. |
