PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog switch circuit which has low cost, low power consumption, high opening/closing rate and less leakage to the output side of an input voltage, and can be also used as a selector. SOLUTION: In an MOSFET 101, a drain is connected to an input terminal 111 and a source is connected to an intermediate node 110. In an MOSFET 102, a drain is connected to an output terminal 112, a source is connected to the intermediate node 110 and a gate is connected to the gate of the MOSFET 101. A circuit consisting of a switch SW, a resistor R1, and a diode D3; and a resistor R2 outputs a first gate voltage for turning on both the MOSFETs 101, 102 or a second gate voltage for turning off the both, and provides a DC voltage near the second gate voltage to the intermediate node 110 when outputting the second gate voltage.
