The equipment has a body (6) of polymeric material with a tubular connection termination (7) complementary to a connection endpiece (8). The termination includes a tubular surface forming a tubular sealing bearing to cooperate with a cylindrical sealing segment (10) of the connection endpiece, and another surface forming a guide and maintenance surface of a flange (12). A spring unit retains the connection endpiece, where the latter surface comprises a transverse cut to form a passage for an end of the connection endpiece in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the termination.
