PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for closing an open-close body capable of finely adjusting the drawing force of the open-close body by an elastic body such as a tension spring. SOLUTION: A capture drawing mechanism 120 for the device 110 for closing the open-close body has a fixing element 112, a capture body 150 and the elastic body 123 connecting its one end to the capture body 150 to urge the capture body 150 in the closing direction. The capture drawing mechanism 120 for the device 110 for closing the open-close body further has a drawing-force adjusting mechanism 170 fixing the other end of the elastic body 123 to the fixing element in a location adjustable manner. The drawing-force adjusting mechanism 170 has an elastic-body holding member 172, a rack 172d formed to the elastic-body holding member 172, a pinion 173 engaged with the rack 172d and a pinion engaging element 174. A location to the fixing element 112 of the other end of the elastic body 123 can be adjusted by rotating the pinon 173 while releasing an engagement between the pinion engaging element 174 and teeth for the pinion 173.
