PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medicine composition, to be more precise, to provide a pseudopodia formation inhibitor of a compound having dynamin functional inhibiting action, furthermore, to provide a new medicine composition such as an antitumor agent or immunosuppressive agent containing the compound or its pharmaceutically permissible salts as an effective component. SOLUTION: The pseudopodia formation inhibitor for cells comprises the compound which has dynamin functional inhibiting action and is expressed by general formula (I) or its pharmaceutically permissible salts. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>3</SP>are the same as or different from each other, and each of them is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, a hydroxy group, a straight or branched non-substituted or substituted acyl group, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl and an aryl group.
