The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus and, more particularly, to a non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus that can be widely utilized in various industrial fields based on the lack of directivity, excellence in strength, and manufacturability ensuring a width exceeding those of existing non-woven fabrics. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus that is capable of giving a final non-woven fabric width exceeding a web width and allows stacking of non-woven fabrics for improvement in strength. The non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus includes: a first card machine (1) producing a single fiber into a first web (W1) having the form of a thin paper sheet; a first conveyor (2) disposed to transport the first web (W1); a second card machine (3) placed in a direction orthogonal to the first card machine (1) and producing a second web (W2); a second conveyor (4) disposed to transport the second web (W2) supplied from the second card machine (3); and a third conveyor (6) disposed to stack and supply the first and second webs (W1, W2) supplied from the first and second conveyors (2, 4). The non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus includes: a stacking machine (5) supplied with a first non-woven fabric (A1) supplied from the third conveyor (6) and allowing stacking at a width exceeding the widths of the first and second webs (W1, W2); and a fourth conveyor (7) allowing a second non-woven fabric (A2) stacked onto the stacking machine (5) to be supplied toward a compression roller (R) and a needle punching machine (N). |
