A computer numerical control machine tool and a commissioning method therefor. The computer numerical control machine tool comprises a computer numerical control system (110), an electrical motor drive system (120), an electrical motor (130), an electrical motor measurement system (140), a machine tool (150), a machine tool measurement system (160) and a correction system (170), wherein in the commissioning process, the computer numerical control system (110) is used for outputting an instruction location value to the electrical motor drive system (120), to control the rotation of the electrical motor (130) and then drive a machine tool shaft of the machine tool (150) to move to a target location; the electrical motor measurement system (140) detects the actual rotation location of the electrical motor (130), and the machine tool measurement system (160) detects the actual movement location of the machine tool shaft; and the correction system (170) conducts error operation according to the instruction location value, the actual rotation location and the actual movement location, and obtains a correction parameter, to enable the computer numerical control system (110) to correct the instruction location value according to the correction parameter. The present invention can realize the automatic commissioning of computer numerical control machine tools, thereby improving the commissioning efficiency, and can guarantee the consistency of performance of a plurality of computer numerical control machine tools, thereby improving the machining performance of the computer numerical control machine tools. |
