Disclosed are a call forwarding method, a terminal and a portable electronic device. The method comprises: when receiving a call carrying a telephone number, a terminal determining whether the telephone number is in a pre-set blacklist; if the blacklist contains the telephone number, the terminal executing a pre-set first call forwarding strategy, with the first call forwarding strategy comprising that the terminal blocks or terminates the call, and does not trigger a server to forward the call to other pre-set terminals; if the blacklist does not contain the telephone number, the terminal executing a pre-set second call forwarding strategy; and the terminal pre-sets a call forwarding on busy service or an unconditional call forwarding service.
