In order to reduce leakage of a gas discharged from a gas discharge valve (4) and guide the gas to a discharge duct (2) using a simple structure: the discharge duct (2) is linked to the upper surface of a cell block, in which a plurality of cells are stacked, so as to link an inflow opening (7) to the opening part of the gas discharge valve (4) of each of the cells; a breaking line (10) is provided to a breaking film (8) of the gas discharge valve (4); and in a state in which the gas discharge valve (4), in which the breaking film (8) has been broken, is open, a breaking edge (8A) which has been broken and separated is arranged higher than the lower edge of the discharge duct (2), and the discharged gas is guided to the discharge duct (2). |
