摘要 The invention patent consists of an unstable disk-shaped platform provided with a sliding mobility device (2) and formed of two parts, a fixed base (9) and a movable base (3), to which is coupled in a specific socket (6) a mechatronic system composed of inertial sensors coupled to a microcontroller and capable of capturing the movements of the base, converting them into binary signals which, when processed by a specific program, can be used to control games that can run on PCs and smart TVs, aimed at training balance, proprioception and posture in various decubitus positions (standing, sitting, dorsal decubitus and ventral decubitus). This mechatronic system also enables the cognitive development of the user, such as attention and memory, besides providing a more exciting game experience in that it increases the realism of the games. The incorporation of video games as a tool capable of increasing patient compliance with and regular application of the treatment, on the basis of the gamification concept, together with the adoption of unstable platforms in treatments aimed at restoring balance, allows an increase in disturbance elements, which are indispensable in proprioceptive training, in that risk situations and challenges are simulated in the safe and controlled environment provided by video games.
