PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-level shifter circuit for a flat-panel source driver, having a comparatively small chip size and consuming a small amount of current. SOLUTION: The circuit relates to a multi-level shifter circuit for a flat-panel source driver, comprising a voltage dropper for dropping a source voltage and outputting a dropped source voltage, and a plurality of level shifters to which the dropped source voltage is applied in common to receive data bits and convert the level of the data. Thus, the number of PMOS transistors inside the level shifter is reduced to two, so that the multi-level shifter circuit has a small chip size and consumes a small amount of current.
