PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient distribution processing even when various different presenting environments exist. SOLUTION: At the time of issuing a provision request from a contents requesting part 210 to contents A, a presenting environment is announced by a contents presenting part 240. An item selecting part 130 recognizes data for distribution of the contents A and software Y for conversion necessary for presenting the contents in the announced presenting environment as necessary items. Those items are distributed from an item transmitting part 140 to an item receiving part 230, and stored in an item storage part 260. A data converting part 250 converts the data for distribution of the contents A into data for presentation by using the software Y, and applies the data for presentation to a contents presenting part 240. The items in the item storage part 260 are transferrable to another client device.
