PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder belt capable of reducing fatigue of a user by suppressing fluctuation in load applied to the shoulder when used by hanging a variety of baggages from the shoulder. SOLUTION: In the shoulder belt 1 for hanging the baggage, a belt body 3 is fitted by joint parts 4 separating on both sides of a shoulder pad 2, the shoulder pad 2 is provided by an expandable material which can expand in the longitudinal direction X of the belt body 3 connecting the both joint parts 4, and when the shoulder pad 2 is divided in the longitudinal direction X of the belt body 3 in a one side area part 9 including one of the joint parts 4, a one side area part 10 including the other part of the joint parts 4, and an intermediate area part 11 between the one side area parts 9 and 10, expansion ratio in the one side areas 9 and 10 is larger than expansion ratio in the intermediate area part 11. The shoulder pad 2 is provided by the expandable material capable of expanding not only in the longitudinal direction X but also in all the directions Y and Z orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X. The shoulder pad 2 has a fringe part 8 fitted to an outer edge of a main body 7, and both the main body 7 and the fringe part 8 are provided by expandable materials. When the belt is used by hanging a variety of baggages from the shoulder, fluctuation in load applied to the shoulder can be suppressed to reduce the fatigue of the user.
