PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrolytic solution for drive of an electrolytic capacitor, which does not generate appearance abnormality even when a voltage is applied under a high temperature to the electrolytic capacitor or when it is left without loads. SOLUTION: The electrolytic solution, for which solute is dissolved in a solvent and to which deaeration treatment is executed by the gas permeable film of hollow fibers made of a resin, is used as the electrolytic solution for the drive of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor. In the deaeration treatment, the electrolytic solution is passed through a hose formed of the gas permeable film of the hollow fibers made of the resin and the outer side of the hose is vacuumed.
