A structure for mounting a rear combination lamp of a vehicle is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and a manufacturing process by not requiring a line sealing process for a waterproof operation after mounting the rear combination lamp. A rear part of a vehicle is comprised of an outer panel(2) and an inner panel(3). A part of the outer panel and the inner panel is cut to the shape for mounting a rear combination lamp(10) in both sides of the rear part of the vehicle. A front part of the rear combination lamp is waterproofed and coupled by a sealing pad(11) and the cut part of the outer panel. The rear part of the combination lamp is fixed and coupled with the cut part of the inner panel.
