The present invention relates to an independent air conditioning control device for a vehicle, and more specifically, relates to an independent air conditioning control device for a vehicle, which can provide independent air conditioning in a vehicle as fast as full air conditioning and can reduce the power used for air conditioning. Accordingly, the independent air conditioning control device for a vehicle of the present invention comprises: an independent air conditioning button to generate a signal when a user operates it to select an air conditioning mode in the vehicle; and an air conditioning control unit to determine the air conditioning mode selected by the user based on the signal of the independent air conditioning button and to determine to provide independent air conditioning or full air conditioning based on the result of calculation of air conditioning load during the automatic independent air conditioning mode.
