PURPOSE: A vacuum griper is provided to perform generation of negative pressure and gripping of a target efficiently and rapidly by preventing air flow from becoming formed. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum griper(100) comprises a body, an air guide and a suction pad unit. The body comprises a supply line, which is connected from the inlet hole of a lower part to an intake hole through a supply path. A ring shape of an air guide makes upper slope or round on the lower part of the end of the supply line. The suction pad unit connects an inner exhaust space to the discharge path of the body through a through hole and the intake hole.
