METHOD FOR MUTING INCOMING CALL IN MOBILE TELEPHONE

PURPOSE: An incoming call muting method is provided to inform user of calling without generating unnecessary incoming call. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: outputting an incoming call if there is a call; confirming user's response with respect to the call; if a predetermined amount of time elapses since the incoming call was output, stopping outputting of the incoming call and visually displaying the incoming call through a displaying means of mobile phones such as a lamp. Thereby, unnecessary noise generation can be prevented.
