PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering prevention device that can prevent dust and odor from leaking out into air. SOLUTION: The scattering prevention device 1A is provided with a tubular scattering prevention member 10A arranged to enclose the mixer gate of a bag mill mixer P where asphalt composite materials are discharged, a scattering prevention cloth 15 attached to the bottom of the scattering prevention member 10A and placed between it and a trolley hopper T, an air exhaust fan 51 connected with the scattering prevention member 10A to discharge dust and odor through a hollow in the scattering prevention member 10A, a bag filter 61 for separating discharged dust from air, a diluter for diluting discharged odor, and a deodorizing oven 71.
