PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance measuring device and a resistance measuring method of a thermistor capable of reducing a temperature difference and temperature dispersion generated between a work to be measured and a reference work, and improving measuring accuracy of a resistance value. SOLUTION: This resistance measuring device of the thermistor is equipped with (a) an inspection base 13 on which the work 4 to be measured whose resistance value is unknown and the reference work 2 having a resistance value used as a reference for resistance value measurement are placed close, which is an insulator, and whose thermal conductivity is 2.1 W/mK or less, and (b) probes 24-27 whose each resistance value is to be measured in the state where the work 4 to be measured and the reference work 2 are placed mutually close on the inspection base 13.
