A method for storing a transport stream in a digital device is provided to scramble and store the transport stream, thereby preventing a broadcasting stream supplied to only a specific user from being copied. A transport stream, which is transmitted from a broadcasting provider to a digital device, is demultiplexed. The demultiplexed program information is analyzed and parsed, and the parsed transport stream is descrambled(206). The descrambled transport stream is scrambled by using an ID of the digital device and an ID of a subscriber region. The scrambled transport stream is stored in a memory(220).
