The present invention relates to a tissue which is similar to cancer cells in the real body, which is designed to test drugs for treating cancer. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. More specifically, provided are a cancer-cell-like tissue and a production method thereof. To this end, used is an electronic radiation nanofibrous membrane which includes: a nanofibrous membrane substrate formed by electron-radiating a macromolecular polymer solution; and a cellular tissue made of fibroblast and cancer cell transplanted on the substrate.
