The present invention relates to a splitter piston assembly of a multi-stage manual transmission, and an assembling method thereof. A pin hole is formed in a rail and a piston, and a pin is inserted into the pin hole to fixate the rail and the piston. A seal ring is mounted in the outer circumferential surface of the piston after the rail and the piston are assembled. The rail is easily processed, and an assembling process is simple to save costs and time. |
