A process for the production of permeable silicon-carbide articles in which ceramic slurry is produced from silicon carbide powder less than 1 μm, modified with organoelemental substance, sintering additive of AlOand solution of ethyl silicate hydrolyzate, with which polymer matrix is impregnated. The matrix is rolled through rolls, dried under the temperature of 85-90 °C, after that the half-finished product again is impregnated with ceramic slurry based on silicon carbide powder and ethyl silicate hydrolyzate modified with polymerizing organic substance, dried at a temperature of 100-120 °C, and after that it is calcinated at a temperature of 1350-1450 °C. |
