In order to cause an outer diameter portion of a screw pin (2, 12) for securement of a presser member (3, 13) to serve as the center of rotation for a setting lever (11) or a yoke (16) to provide a planar space allowance and reduce the number of parts and manhours for assembly, an outer peripheral portion of the screw pin for securement of the presser member provided in a main plate (4) is made to serve as the center of rotation for the rotating setting lever or the yoke.
