PURPOSE: A vehicle-monitoring system is provided to enable a driver to easily and simultaneously ascertain the situations of the sides, the rear, and the front of a vehicle during driving and to enable clear monitoring regardless of cold weather and enable clear monitoring although the window is tinted in a dark color. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle-monitoring system comprises at least one side rear camera(10,10') for taking a photograph of the side rear of right and left sides of a vehicle to ascertain the existence of a traveling vehicle in the rear of a lane desired; a rear camera(20) taking a photograph of an image of the rear of the vehicle; a monitor(30) installed to the front of a driver's seat to display images photographed by the side rear camera and the rear camera; and a control part(40) controlling the right and left camera, the rear camera, and the monitor.
