PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method (and structure) for implementing at least one of a test of operation of an electronic circuit, diagnosis and observation. SOLUTION: The method employs a second signal for interrupting a first clock signal used for providing clocking for normal operation of the circuit and repeatedly circulating a prescribed cycle of circuit action.
