PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively guide light from a light source to the lower part of a key top to be reflected toward the key top side on the lower side of the key top by being guided; to reduce the thickness of a key sheet; and thereby to reduce the thickness of an apparatus such as a cellular phone using the key sheet. SOLUTION: In this key sheet 20 composed by arranging a plurality of key tops 18 on a key base formed of a resin having transparency, the key base 10 is formed, by insert molding, into a structure having a key top base part 16a used as a base of the key tops 18, and at least a pusher 14a on its front surface and back surface, respectively, by using, as an insert member, a light guide plate 12 having transparency, and having a reflection means 12a at least in a part of the back surface corresponding to parts to be displayed of the key tops 18.
