HIGH-SPEED HYDRAULIC CYLINDER

PURPOSE: A high-speed hydraulic cylinder is provided to improve productivity by raising the reciprocating speed of a piston and to maximize efficiency by compacting structure. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder head(2) separately combined to a cylinder(1) while having a hydraulic chamber, an oil tank(5) communicated with a hydraulic chamber(4) via many circulation pipes(6), auxiliary hydraulic chambers(7,7') formed in between the cylinder and a piston(3), a directional control valve(12) opening and closing respective ports by lifting up and down in the hydraulic chamber, auxiliary hydraulic chambers(13,13') formed in between the directional control valve and the cylinder head while having a communication path, and a control unit(V) flowing in and out the oil stored in the oil tank by the motion of a pump(9) connected with the oil tank via a tank line(16). The movement of the piston is accelerated by the auxiliary hydraulic chambers.
