PURPOSE: An automatic swing-type opening/closing device of a portable terminal is provided to automatically operate a cover of a portable terminal by a dynamic force generating member while the cover is open/closed through a swing operation on a body, thereby conveniently opening/closing the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic force generating member is combined with one side of a body(200) or a cover(210) in a portable terminal, and generates a rotational force in a direction parallel to an upper side of the body(200). A driving member is combined with the rest side of the body(200) or the cover(210), and receives the rotational force to rotate in a direction parallel with the upper side of the body(200). A connecting member connects the dynamic force generating member with the driving member such that a dynamic force can be transmitted to the driving member.
