PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a lattice panel, which can be fixed firmly to a bracket for a building structure or the like and does not come off from a fitting even when the lattice panel is used as a tread, on which a large number of persons come and go, and a tread material for stairs, in which the number of parts is reduced and the mounting works of which are facilitated. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the lattice panel 1 has the lattice panel 1, in which latticed ribs 3 are formed to a quadrilateral frame body 2, fitting members 6 fitted into a lattice for the lattice panel 1 and the bracket 5 in which the engaging members 6 are mounted through connecting means 7.
