PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic luminescent element material which emits light with a very high hue and has a high-efficiency, high-luminance, and long-lifetime light output. SOLUTION: What is provided is: an aminoanthryl-derived-group-substituted compound represented by formula [1] and an organic luminescent element wherein at least one of the layers containing an organic compound contains at least one kind of the aminoanthryl-derived-group-substituted compound.
