PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attaching a camera capable of finely tuning an angle of field of the camera in a state that a camera position is stable, and considerably changing the angle of field of the camera in a short time. SOLUTION: The device comprises a turnbuckle 7 and a turnbuckle 8. The turnbuckle is connected to a horizontally movable metal fitting 3 and a horizontally adjustable metal fitting 4, and rotates the horizontally movable metal fitting 3 horizontally if the turnbuckle 7 is turned at the field angle adjustment of a surveillance camera 1. The turnbuckle 8 is connected to a vertically movable metal fitting 5 and a vertically adjustable metal fitting 6, and rotates the vertically movable metal fitting 5 vertically if the turnbuckle 8 is turned at the time of the field angle adjustment of the surveillance camera 1.
